YA Tittle

This is an incredible photograph! It says so much without saying a word.

What do you think it says? Can you write the caption?

This is what we are going to do…take a few moments to study the photo and then post your thoughts. It could be what is going through the players head at the moment the picture was taken. It could be what led to this picture. It could even be what the photographer was thinking. Either way, share your thoughts with everyone.

This is a famous picture that has an amazing story. I will share that story with you later this week.

He gave his best. He left his blood on the field. Yet he was brought to his knees. Humbled in defeat. Battered and forlorn. That was today. He will rise and know joy and victory again.

he looks like he tried but just didnt make it. i feel bad for him. i think the photographer was trying to capture a big moment in his life- lots of eyes on a man on his knees. defeat is a great word to describe it.
